What is our return policy?
If an item(s) is damaged upon delivery please notify me within 48 hours. Upon receipt of a photo of the broken item we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact me through email@example.com.
What if I don't like the scent I ordered?
I want you to be pleased with your purchase so I offer a one time return for a different scent if returned to botany + wax within 14 days of delivery. All shipping costs will be covered by the consumer. Item returned must be in unlit, unused & unburned condition. I strongly suggest packing it safely and tracking your return as I am not responsible for lost or broken returns. Please contact me through firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may also return your unlit, unused & unburned item for a refund if returned to botany + wax within 14 days of delivery.I strongly suggest packing it safely and tracking your return as I am not resposnisble for lost or broken returns. How do you ship my order?
botany+wax uses only USPS Priority Mail & occasionally FedEx ground for retail orders.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your label is created you will be sent a tracking number to the email you provided. If you have further questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
